I just found out Michael had discovered a cool game for the lucky ones possessing an iSight (I do too, just have to pick it up). It should be great for your kids! Have a look at Toysight. Cool! Can’t wait to get my own iSight!

I will be in the States just after Christmas, so I ordered an iSight and the Powermate controller made Griffin Technology. Serious differences in price with the US dollar this low. The Powermate will just be a gadget, but if I decide to get a digital camcorder, I probably use it a lot. Any one had experiences with the Powermate or tips they want to share?

Well, after creating a clone copy of the “hard drive” in VPC 5 I finally made it work. I’m running it with XP on a 400 mHz G4. And … it’s very slow but working. I have never bought a PC, but my bank might force me to it in order to use their web banking solution (Windows only :(). Crap!
Attention to detail is good! John Gruber has an excellent article on the text rendering improvements in Panther. His conclusion:
Panther’s improved anti-aliasing epitomizes the best of Apple. The smallest details matter. Perfection is worth striving for. Great is OK, but insanely great is better.

Mac OS X 10.3.1 (Build 7C107) Update is now available. The FW issue has been partly addressed, but it’s still recommended, that you contact the vendor of your FW disks. Personally I haven’t even tried connecting my FW disk, but I will see…
