Yesterday I managed to win a golf tournament where the first prize was an iPod nano. It is truly an amazing piece of hardware. I find it almost too small
So what should I get as accessories? Apart from a new screen in the near future… Do they make socks that small? I would say a Firewire cable isn’t necessary as it only take 2 GB.

Woohoo…nice…congrats! Make sure to invite me the next time,- as you know I’ve got one heck of a high handicap, and will most likely surpass everyones performance because of that:-D
By the way..If your nano besomes scratched you can get rid of ’em by using Brasso…you know…that “polishing stuff”…
And Brasso… I thought that was only for silver cutlery?
Anyway, I will probably get one of those very hype covers or skins for the nano.

Although it isn’t firewire, I am very impressed the speed of the USB-2 in mine. I am pretty happy that they didn’t just make it a USB-1.
Probably
USB 2.0 is sufficient when you are dealing with 2 or 4 GB drives…
Wouldn’t live without FW to manage my 60 GB iPod photo…
he, USB 2 is supposed to deliver 480Mbits/sec and ordinary FW only 400 MBits/sec, but on the other hand, you are right, Apples’ drivers for USB 2 seem to be pretty bad. http://barefeats.com/usb2.html Let’s hope the speed will go up when we get the Intel-Macs.
