Could someone tell me why it is impossible to buy an upgrade version of Adobe Photoshop Elements in Luxembourg? OK, they have the same policy as Apple (don’t offer an online store), but do I really have to travel somewhere else to get the upgrade version?
Interesting question indeed! I spend an hour yesterday trying to upgrade in Adobe´s online store (which does exist). An update is just a little bit cheaper than buying a full Elements 3.0.
Seems to me that Adobe really wants to make serious money – even on old, reliable costumers!
Well, Danish customers have and can use the Adobe store online.

but I can’t as there is no store for Luxembourg. The retailers don’t carry it here either
A little bit cheaper only (200 DKK) but still… I don’t have the prices in euro at hand, but I think the difference is slightly bigger.
