One of the local newspapers speculates about Apple establishing the iTMS Europe in Luxembourg. As Luxembourg has one of the lowest VAT rates in Europe it makes sense. However, Germany is just as cheap so we will see.

I just want the ITMS store to be open to Luxembourg residents as well.
