I used to have iBert installed, but forgot about it. Adriaan has updated his plugin for iComic (successor to iBert) and it’s great! You can use it to view your favorite comics in this nifty little app. Screenshot

The iPhotoToGallery plugin provides a quick and easy way to transfer pictures from your iPhoto library to your Gallery.
Haven’t tried it yet, but sure will, as it supports several installations of Gallery as well!
