According to an article in the German newspaper Rheinische Post, iPhone be sold by T-Mobile in Germany. Price for the 8GB model expected to be around 450 euros ($620). Maybe introduction will happen as early as 1 November… We will see.
I think we might see an introduction à la iTunes Music Store… so the big markets like Germany, France and the UK will get it now and 2010 in Luxembourg might have it as well 
UPDATE: If we are to believe the Financial Times the launch will indeed be in the aforementioned three countries only to start with :-(
